“The project we were undertaking was a complete tear down and rebuild of a water front property. To say the least, this comes with a number of restrictive challenges, not only from waterfront rules and inspections but the new build needed to maintain some old “cottage” look and feel - together with cost VS value these represent a difficult balancing act of key challenges.
